We are presenting an exclusive event where you will get the chance to work with a professional surf performance coach. You will gain skills that will enable you to maximize your time in the water. You will learn surf-specific warm-ups drills and discover key recovery protocols. We will improve your understanding of fundamental surf movement patterns to assess and enhance your ability to perform them. You will work on surf-specific breathwork exercises and gain vital knowledge in surf performance topics and under wave hold-downs that will increase your confidence in the water. No matter your ability, these sessions will change the way you approach your surfing for life.

WORKSHOP SUBJECTS

The following subjects feature in all of the workshops;

Surf Preparation

Discussion: The benifits of a practical and effective pre-surf warm-up.

Practical: A pre-surf warm-up drill that will effectively activate your body for your surf sessions.

Surf Movement

Discussion: The fundamental surf movement patterns and how to train as a surfer.

Practical: A flow-style surf movement workout.

Surf Recovery

Discussion: Post surf recovery strategies and nutritional protocols.

Practical: Self tissue release techniques with a post-surf recovery stretching routine.

Surf Breath-work

Discussion: Surf hold-down situations and how to improve your breath-hold.

Practical: Breathing exercises that will improve your breath-hold capacity.
