Time: Mondays + Wednesdays 20.00 – 21.00 Hrs

Location: Hossegor (Venue TBC)

Cost: 25 Euro Per Session (Clients must Start at Session 1)

Discount: 200 Euro 10 Sessions Block (One Payment)

WHAT IS FOUNDATION TRAINING?

Foundation Training is a simple movement practice designed to restore the bodies natural order and put YOU at the centre of your health. It teaches your body how to support itself properly and move as nature intended. Chiropractor and movement expert Dr Eric Goodman developed foundation training to heal his own chronic back pain. Having refused spinal fusion surgery that was prescribed to him by several doctors, he got himself out of pain within a year. Now, Dr Goodman leads an active, pain-free life, and he has developed these revolutionary exercises to help others do the same.

Thousands of people who have suffered pain from sore knees and failing hips to compressed backs and painful shoulders have discovered remarkable healing through Foundation Training. The power of creating space in the bodies joints through decompression, whilst restoring the muscles that hold the body in a positive posture using corrective exercises, make this programme a natural and effective alternative to excessive medical intervention.

This programme is not a temporary remedy but a systematic solution where effects can be felt immediately that offer long-term benefits . Practicing Foundation Training enables one to reach, achieve and experience incredible health and wellness.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This beginner block consists of 2 x 1hr classes per week over a total of 5 weeks.

All ages and levels of fitness are can benefit from Foundation Training, no equipment is required.

Foundation Training is a system that has key factors that must be learned and integrated as you progress, therefore, the beginners 10 session block must be started from session one.

Classes to be held at a suitable private sports hall, gym or yoga studio, venue to be confirmed closer to the start date.
